Interlocal Agreement

The Interlocal Cooperation Agreement provides the framework for UFA to operate as a separate independent political subdivision pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act. The original agreement was adopted in 2004 with a revised and restated agreement adopted in 2019.

This agreement defines the entity, scope of services provided, governance, withdraw provisions, admission of new parties, and the process to introduce amendments.
